This unique workshop is designed for individuals on the autism spectrum — and their families or caregivers — who are curious about alternative ways to connect, communicate, and experience shared understanding.
Inspired by the concepts explored in The Telepathy Tapes, this session provides a safe, supportive space to try the same techniques described in the book. The goal? To explore whether breathwork and deep presence can open doors to non-verbal, intuitive connection between individuals — especially between parents and their autistic children.
Participants will be guided through:
Breath-based practices aimed at calming the nervous system
Partnered presence and synchronized breathing
Explorations in intuitive communication and attunement
